KORNTE FarmAgribusiness & outgrower schemes

From the grower's plot to the buyer's batch, with the numbers attached.

Producer records, plots, seasons, crop cycles, field activities, produce receipts, grading, batch traceability and payouts in one system — so origin questions and payment questions both have an answer.

For outgrower schemes, processors and cooperatives buying from smallholder producers.

Before anything is sold

The grower asks about payment. The buyer asks about origin.

Both questions arrive weeks after the batch left, and both are answered by a phone call to a field officer.

01

Origin questions with no answer

A buyer asks which plot a batch came from and when it was harvested, and the answer is a phone call to a field officer.

02

Payouts disputed every season

Deliveries are recorded at the collection point, but the weight, grade and deductions the grower is paid on are reconstructed later.

03

Field work invisible

Planted, sprayed, harvested — the season's activity is known to the field officer and nowhere else.

What changes

Answer an origin question in seconds.

Plot-level traceability, payouts built from the receipt, and a season you can see while it can still be changed.

Answer an origin question in seconds

Every batch carries its receipts, plots, crop cycles and harvest dates, so audit and buyer queries are answered from the record.

Plot-level traceability

Pay producers on the receipt, not the reconstruction

Weight, grade and deductions are captured at intake, so the payout statement is arithmetic instead of negotiation.

Dispute-free payouts

See the season while it is still changeable

Field activities, crop cycles and expected volumes per plot show where the harvest is going before it arrives.

Season visibility

Sell into buyers who demand evidence

Grading, input records and traceability chains are the documentation export buyers and certification bodies ask for.

Planting, input application, weeding and harvest recorded against the plot and cycle.

04

Produce receipts

Intake at the collection point with weight, grade, moisture, deductions and the receiving officer.

05

Batch traceability

Batches assembled from receipts and traced forward to dispatch and backward to the plot.

07

Producer payouts

Payout statements and payment runs derived from receipts, grades and agreed deductions.

08

Dashboards

Volume by crop and season, intake against expectation, and payout exposure.

Payout exposure, payment runs and traceability evidence for buyers and auditors.

Fit and boundaries

What KORNTE Farm does, and what it deliberately does not.

A short, honest list. We would rather disqualify a bad fit in the first meeting than discover it in month four.

Discuss your requirement
  • •KORNTE Farm covers producer, intake, grading, traceability and payout; agronomy advisory is out of scope.
  • •Offline capture covers intake and field activities, not full reporting.
  • •Certification audit evidence is exported; the certification body's own submission portal is external.
  • •This document describes shipped capability; anything not listed here is a change request, not an included feature.
  • •Country-specific statutory formats are configured per deployment and are not universal.
How the rollout actually runs

Six weeks, and you know exactly what happens in each one.

No mystery phases. This is the plan we hold ourselves to for a single-site KORNTE Farm deployment; multi-site and multi-phase rollouts stretch the same sequence rather than replacing it.

Week 1–2

Discovery and process mapping

We sit with the people who do the work today and write the process down, including the exceptions nobody documents.

Week 2–4

Configuration against your paperwork

Numbering, tariffs, access groups, approval limits, print templates and the lists your vertical depends on.

Week 3–5

Data migration and parallel run

Producers, plots, seasons, open intake and the current payout position — migrated, reconciled and run in parallel with the old method until the numbers agree.

Week 5–6

Training by role, then sign-off

Each role is trained on its own screens with its own work, and signs off before go-live rather than after.

Week 6 onward

Go-live and support

A named team on call through the first close, then a quarterly review of what to configure next.

What we migrateProducers, plots, seasons, open intake and the current payout position.
Who is on the projectThe people in the discovery meeting are the people who configure and train.
What you signA fixed-price scope before any contract, and a written scope change before any new work.
Next step

Bring a collection point. We will run an intake on a tablet.

Bring a producer list and a weighbridge slip. We will show you the receipt, the batch record and the payout statement that follows it.

30 minutes, screen-shared. Your workflow on our screens, not a slide deck.
A written scope. Modules, users, integrations and a fixed-price quotation.
A staged plan. Data migration, training and go-live in phases you can absorb.
