Website information · Review with your project agreement
Before work begins
We start with a discussion of your organization, goals and constraints. A written proposal or agreement should define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing and acceptance approach before work starts.
Discovery and planning
Your team helps confirm requirements and priorities. We identify dependencies such as access to existing systems, approved content, data quality, internal decisions and third-party services.
Design, build and review
Delivery follows agreed review stages. Feedback should be consolidated by the designated project contact so decisions can be tracked and the work can progress against an agreed direction.
Changes to scope
New requirements can affect time, cost and technical decisions. Changes should be documented and agreed before additional work is undertaken.
Testing and handover
Testing, acceptance criteria, migration, training, documentation and handover are defined by the agreed scope. Product licences and third-party terms may apply separately.
Support and service levels
Maintenance coverage, response targets, escalation routes and renewal terms belong in the support agreement. A package description is not a substitute for an agreed SLA.
Company and legal approval are required before publishing final contractual policies. Contact info@ultrademark.com with questions.
