Software licences, vertical applications, add-on modules, devices, templates and support — priced in Kenyan shillings, delivered and configured by the same team that builds the systems.
Most projects are a system, a few devices and the services that make them usable. These are the three combinations we quote most often — all of them adjustable.
A clinic going digital in one site
A shop or distributor with one to five tills
A school moving off paper registers
A marketplace is only useful if the terms are readable. These are ours, in full, before you add anything to a list.
List prices are shown exclusive of VAT. The written quotation fixes the price for the scope it lists: modules, users, sites, devices and the support tier. Nothing is added after signature without a written change.
Software and devices are invoiced on delivery of the signed scope; services are invoiced against the implementation plan. LPOs from corporates, NGOs and public institutions are accepted, and annual support renews on the anniversary.
Licences are perpetual for the version supplied, with an optional annual upgrade and support plan. Your data remains yours: export is available at any time, and the exit format is agreed in writing before go-live.
Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty plus our configuration and installation. Consumables (labels, receipt rolls) are ordered separately, and faulty units are replaced from Nairobi stock.
Templates ship as installed, branded builds with two revision rounds. Source files are handed over on completion, so you are not dependent on us to change a page.
We do not sell licences we cannot support. If a listing is not right for your operation, we will say so in the first meeting, before an order exists.
Send us the process that hurts and we will come back with a written scope: modules, devices, services and a fixed price. If a cheaper combination does the job, we will recommend that instead.
