The catalogue on this website lets you shortlist packages and request a tailored quotation. Adding an item or preparing an enquiry does not create an order, charge a card, reserve availability or enter you into a paid contract.
For an existing engagement
Payment, cancellation, suspension and refund terms must be checked against your signed agreement and applicable law. This page does not introduce a blanket refund window for software, creative work, hardware or third-party services.
Request a review
Contact [email protected] with your organization name, project or invoice reference, the issue and the outcome you are requesting. Avoid including passwords, bank-card details or sensitive operational records.
Third-party costs
Hosting, domains, licences, advertising spend and other third-party purchases may have their own terms. Ask how such costs will be handled before approving them.
